Position:Housing Liaison Officer

Salary:R188 964 – R245 268 per annum (plus benefits)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Administration Diploma or relevant Diploma (NQF level6)
  • Relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform office administration duties
  • Facilitate real estate’s issues in order to effect the transfer of property from the deceased
  • Administration of customer care centre
  • Co-ordinate and monitor land invasion to discourage illegal land invasion
  • Implementation of National programmes to exercise choice in terms of affordability in housing
  • Facilitation of landlord and tenant related issues to resolve dispute between the tenant and landlord
  • To implement operational governance and risk management processes in the context of organisational policy
  • To implement the budget within the customer care area
  • To provide effective customer service to the public and build relationship with stakeholders
  • To build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups, in support of divisional objectives
