Welcoming customers and coordinating branch flow through efficient queue operation, providing excellent customer service by assisting customers at the ATM and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channel.
No experience is required, but the person must have a National Certificate of Grade 12
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail / financial / banking environment
National Grade 12 / Vocational Certificate
Ratings (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge of Capitec Bank’s products and business processes (internal)
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Interpersonal and relationship management skills
Problem solving skills
Attention to details
Adhere to the principles and values
Relations and networking
Present and communicate information
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Follow instructions and procedures
Clear credit and criminal history
Must have access to transportation (personal / public)
Flexible and mobile in all regions is an advantage
You must meet the minimum requirements for psychometric evaluations.
Must have fingerprints that are detectable / recognizable in Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
